Who we are

Legendary Makes is a maker business based in Denver, Colorado. We design and build the VersaTap and VersaFlight product lines. This website is our brand home. Commerce happens at shop.legendarymakes.com (powered by Shopify) and on our Etsy storefront.

Using this website

You can read anything on the site, share links and screenshots, contact us directly by email, and follow links to our store and social channels. You can't copy, reproduce, or republish our written content, product designs, photos, or branding without written permission. You can't use our name, logo, or product names to represent yourself as us. You can't reverse-engineer, replicate, or manufacture copies of our patent-pending systems. You can't scrape or harvest content from this site for commercial use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the writing, the photos, the product designs, the brand identity — is owned by Legendary Makes. The Serviceable Core System and the Magnetic Faceplate System are patent pending. The VersaTap and VersaFlight names, and the Legendary Makes name, are our trademarks. You're welcome to reference our work and link to us. If you want to reproduce something, ask first.

Purchases

All product purchases happen on shop.legendarymakes.com (Shopify) or on our Etsy storefront (etsy.com/shop/legendarymakes). Those platforms have their own terms of service, return policies, and dispute processes. Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale inquiries are handled directly by email. Pricing, minimums, lead times, and terms are quoted on a per-brewery basis. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding wholesale offer — final terms are set in email or invoice.

Warranty and returns

Our products are built to be used. If something arrives damaged, arrives wrong, or fails under normal use, email us and we'll fix it — replace, refund, or repair. Refund and return policies for individual purchases are governed by the platform you bought from (Shopify or Etsy). Wholesale terms are handled directly with us by email.
